Bob Martinez Athletic Center
Completed in 2011, this 24,000 square-foot, two story facility includes banquet and concession spaces, a video conference room, 28 coaches and staff offices, and a weight and conditioning room. A total demolition to structural framing project, the updated facility is the site of many indoor sports events.

Fitness Center
This two story, 42,000 square foot, LEED Silver certified facility includes two large free weight areas, two large cardio activity spaces, group fitness rooms with interactive A/V systems and a large 42-person indoor cycling room.
K-12 Highlights
Burroughs Elementary School, Toledo, Ohio
New construction of a single story brick school with new indoor gymnasium, parking lot and cafeteria. The school was built to serve 408 students grades K-8.
Keyser Elementary School, Toledo, Ohio
The single-story brick building was built to serve 368 students in grades K-5. The major components of the construction were a cafeteria, a gymnasium and athletic courts. The groundbreaking was held on March 28, 2006 and the dedication ceremony was held on September 26, 2007. It was a 45,959 sq. ft. building. The construction cost was $7 million.
Navarre Elementary School - Toledo, Ohio
New construction of single story masonry block elementary school with cafeteria, gymnasium, parking lot and athletic courts for students. The school was built to serve 495 students in grades k-5. The ground breaking was May 25, 2006. The dedication ceremony was held on September 27, 2007.
Oakdale Elementary School, Toledo, Ohio
The two-story school was built to serve 472 students in grades K-5. The major components of the construction were a cafeteria, a gymnasium and athletic courts. The groundbreaking was held on October 28, 2004. The dedication was held on January 18, 2006. It is a 56,970 sq. ft. building. The construction cost was $7.6 million.
Robinson Elementary, Toledo, Ohio
A 96,444 sq. ft. two-story new brick construction building, built to serve 684 students in grades 6-8. The building construction consisted of classrooms, offices, meeting spaces, a gymnasium, cafeteria, and an auditorium. The groundbreaking was held on April 24, 2005. The dedication ceremony was held on January 25, 2007. The construction cost was $11.1 million.
Byrnedale Middle School, Toledo, Ohio
New construction of single story, 80,719 SF, masonry block middle school with cafeteria, gymnasium, parking lot and athletic courts for students. The school was built to serve 551 students in grades 6-8. The ground breaking was April 5, 2006 and the dedication ceremony was held on September 17, 2007.
